• ▸Own the IES-WI-C3A smart farm telemetry system end to end, from PCB and firmware through to the live web dashboard, as project lead from concept to production.
• ▸Design schematics and PCB layouts in Altium and KiCad for custom IoT sensor boards, built to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• ▸Write embedded C++ firmware (Arduino/PlatformIO) for ESP32-C3/C6: WiFi provisioning, MQTT telemetry, persistent config, OTA updates.
• ▸Develop the full web stack too: web-based device configuration UIs and real-time data dashboards on the frontend, a FastAPI REST backend, and InfluxDB time-series storage with MQTT ingestion via Mosquitto and Telegraf.
• ▸Deploy and maintain the whole backend through Docker Compose for single-command setup, staying responsible for ongoing monitoring, debugging, and iterating on the live system.
• ▸Travelled to Xiamen, China to source components, vet suppliers, and run SMT production lines, from pick-and-place setup to QC and field validation.

• ▸Manage end-to-end device lifecycle and logistics across international markets, working directly with clients and suppliers.
• ▸Own troubleshooting and inventory tracking independently, coordinating through ERP platforms without escalation.

Where the obsession with precision and getting the details right actually began, years before PCBs and firmware.

• ▸Fabricated custom dental appliances, dentures, Essix orthodontic retainers, and sports mouthguards, from impressions and plaster-cast models through to the finished prosthetic.
• ▸Mixed acrylics to precise ratios and finished each piece by hand, work where a fraction of a millimetre is the difference between a fit and a remake.
• ▸Ran the laboratory solo on multiple occasions: scheduling jobs booked in by dentists, sourcing materials from suppliers, and managing inventory.
• ▸Worked directly with patients, diagnosing denture issues and carrying out repairs and adjustments.
• ▸Still collaborate with DENTCO occasionally today, years after first walking into the lab.
